While her roots are in small-town Kansas, Jennifer’s legal career was formed in NYC. She received her JD from Columbia University, clerked for a highly-regarded federal judge, and was a commercial litigator at two top NYC firms. Jennifer served as Chief Litigation Officer of a national property and casualty insurance company and was a partner at the Denver office of a national law firm before forming Arnett Litigation.
